Hi, I’m Lucie Daňhelovská.
I’m a physiotherapist with 10+ years of experience in healthcare and I’m here to help people like you to take back control of their bodies, their movement, and their recovery through better understanding backed by clinical experience and evidence-based care.
I work with active individuals, everyday people and anyone dealing with pain or injury - helping people make sense of what’s going on in their body and guiding them through effective, hands-on treatment and tailored rehabilitation program.
My approach combines physiotherapy, manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises to create personalised recovery plans that focus on long-term strength, resilience and confidence in movement. I use Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) as a key principle for rehabilitation - you can learn more about DNS here.

PHYSIOTHERAPY
Assessment may include: breathing pattern, activation of deep spinal stabilisers, range of movement, quality of movement
Treatment may include: DNS principles, SM system, Pilates principles, Yoga principles (stretch component), gym-based exercises, body weight exercises
Home exercise program and recovery plan will be given to your specific needs.
DRY NEEDLING
It involves inserting very thin, solid filiform needles (similar to acupuncture needles) into trigger points - tight bands of skeletal muscle or knots that can cause pain or restrict motion.
The term “dry” means that nothing is injected through the needle (unlike an injection or “wet” needling).
Request dry needling, or we will assess if needling may be an appropriate way of treatment for you.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Hands-on therapy is part of every session unless otherwise requested.
We specialise in deep tissue treatment.
You are absolutely welcome to book in just for a massage therapy session with no physiotherapy component - request when making a booking.
CUPPING
A cup made of plastic or glass creates suction. The suction draws the skin and superficial muscle layer into the cup, which is said to increase blood flow, loosen fascia and muscles, and promote healing.
The mechanism may involve localized increased blood flow, anti-inflammatory responses, and activation of the immune system.
Request cupping, or we will assess if cupping may be an appropriate way of treatment for you.
Care built around time, not turnover.

What do we do differently ?
I've built this clinic because I wanted the freedom to treat people the way I believe is right - with time, honesty and care that isn’t influenced by outside pressures.
My work and education is funded entirely through the face to face work I do with my patients. Helping people understand their pain and guiding them through real, evidence-based recovery, is my purpose which I will keep pursuing throughout my life.
I’m constantly learning from experienced clinicians and refining my approach so I can offer the most effective treatment. I use Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) as a key principle for rehabilitation - you can learn more about DNS here. That’s how I work.
At the centre of it all is a simple goal: to help you feel more in control of your body, understand what’s going on and confidently get back to doing what you love.
